Ingredients to prepare tasty Easter cake:

2 cups sugar
2 bags of vanilla sugar,
8 eggs,
1 cup of wheat flour,
1 cup potato flour,
4 teaspoons of baking powder,
250 g of mayonnaise,
1 chocolate bar,
small purse roasted rice

Recipe to prepare tasty Easter cake:

Wash eggs, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar to a stiff froth, add  mayonnaise, keep beating, then add yolks, keep beating – in the end add flour with baking powder.

Beat everything precisely (with a mixer). Make two cake tins ready: one round and one star-shaped.

Spread butter on the cake tins. Pour a little bit more mixture to the round cake tin and a little less to the second one.

Put both of them into the oven for about 40 minutes (temperature of 180ºC). When taken out of the oven, turn them upside down. Spread peach jam on the round cake.

Put “the star” on the round cake. Pour the melted chocolate over them. Garnish the cake with puffed rice.

The Easter cake prepared in this way looks impressive on the Easter table.
